You understand and agree that we will make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the security of your data stored in our App and services, but we cannot provide absolute guarantees, including but not limited to the following scenarios:

  • a) We are not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of your data in our App and services;
  • b) We have the right to decide the longest storage period for a single user's data in our App and services based on actual circumstances, and allocate maximum storage space on the server. You can back up the relevant data in our App and services according to your needs;

    • iv. Risks such as login failures, incomplete data synchronization, slow page loading speeds, etc., caused by unstable wireless network signals, low wireless network bandwidth, etc.
    • v. You understand and agree that during the use of our App, you may encounter force majeure factors that cause interruptions to our App. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, epidemics, and social events such as wars, riots, government actions.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
  • For necessary personal information, we will use it to provide the convenience of directly dialing customer phone numbers through the entered phone number. Our App requires network data to function, and we will also use the above information to maintain and improve this business function, develop new business functions, etc.
