Membership Service Terms

(Hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides information and products under the following terms and conditions. You are also referred to as "User" in this agreement. The following terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the provided content (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement").

Right Declaration

1) The Company and its affiliates (affiliated enterprises refer to companies that have direct or indirect control over the Company through equity or contractual arrangements, or have significant influence over the Company's operations) enjoy and retain the complete, indivisible ownership and/or intellectual property rights of the following: (1) Software, technology, programs, code, user interfaces related to the application platform; (2) Trademarks, graphic marks related to this service.
2) All applications, texts, software, sounds, images, animations, videos, charts, etc., provided by the Company are protected by relevant intellectual property laws and other related laws. Without the authorization of the Company or other relevant right holders, users shall not copy, use, modify, excerpt, translate, distribute, or use them in any way without the written permission of the Company and/or its relevant right holders.

Liability Limitation

1) The services provided by the Company are provided "as is." The Company hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the applicability, accuracy, timeliness, and sustainability of the service.
2) Users understand and agree to bear the risks associated with using this service on their own. When using this service, users should comply with relevant Chinese laws. The Company will not be liable for any damages or consequences caused by user behavior except as expressly provided by law.
3) Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any losses caused to users due to network connection failures, communication lines, third-party websites, computer hardware, or any other reasons except as expressly provided by law.

User Conduct Guidelines

Users must comply with laws and regulations when using this service and must not use this service for illegal or unlawful activities.

Content of Membership Subscription Services

After claiming or paying to activate the membership subscription service, you can continuously use the professional version features of the application within the corresponding service period.
1) Single Subscription Service
After subscribing to a single subscription service, your professional version permissions will be activated and extended from the previous period.
2) Continuous Annual Subscription Service
(1) Continuous annual subscription service is an automatic renewal service provided to you after you have activated the membership subscription service. If you activate the continuous annual subscription service, it means you authorize the application to deduct the next billing cycle's annual service fee from your third-party payment account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account (collectively referred to as "account") 24 hours before the expiration of the current billing cycle.
(2) You can cancel the activated continuous annual subscription service through the following methods:
For Apple devices: Settings → iTunes & App Store → Select "Apple ID" → Click "View Apple ID" → In the account settings page, click "Subscriptions" → Cancel subscription.

Paid Services

1) You understand and agree that the membership subscription service is a paid service. The application will charge internet value-added service fees. After activating the membership subscription function, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access electronic content during the service period, the paid fees are non-refundable.
2) You understand and agree that the application has the right to decide and revise the charging standards and rules related to the membership subscription service at any time. These standards and rules take effect immediately upon release and form an integral part of these terms. If you do not agree with the aforementioned standards, rules, and revisions, you have the right to stop using the membership subscription service. Your continued use of the membership subscription service indicates your agreement to the relevant content.
