Welcome to CleanDiskGo membership services! This agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Shanghai Jingxu Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "We" or "CleanDiskGo") regarding CleanDiskGo membership services. Please read the entire content carefully.
By purchasing, activating, or using CleanDiskGo membership services, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please do not purchase or use membership services.

- 1. Membership Service Content

CleanDiskGo membership is a paid subscription service, including but not limited to the following privileges:
- Daily Cleaning: Unlimited for members (Free version limited to 2 times daily)
- Tool Access: All tools and future additions (Free version has limited access)
- Technical Support: Priority support
- Smart Scan: AI-driven junk identification engine
- Privacy Protection: Clear browser traces and sensitive data
- Space Lens: Visual analysis of disk space usage
- Speedy Support: Exclusive customer service channel, fast response
- Family Sharing: Membership benefits support family sharing
Specific service content is subject to features actually provided in CleanDiskGo. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust service content.
- 2. Membership Types and Fees

We offer the following membership subscription options:
- Monthly Membership: Auto-renews monthly
- Annual Membership: Auto-renews annually, offering better value
- Lifetime Membership: One-time payment for permanent membership benefits
Specific prices are those displayed in the Mac App Store or in-app purchase page. Prices may vary by region, promotions, or other factors.
- 3. Activation, Verification, and Use

- Membership is purchased and verified via Apple App Store in-app mechanisms.
- After successful purchase, the app will automatically activate membership privileges on the device.
- If activation fails, please check network and in-app purchase status, or contact customer service via in-app support channels.
- 4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

- Monthly and annual memberships auto-renew by default, managed by the App Store.
- You can cancel renewal or change subscriptions in system "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions".
- After cancellation, membership privileges will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
- 5. Scope of Use and Account

- Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not be resold or shared with third parties.
- Membership verification and privileges are usually bound to your Apple ID; please use the same Apple ID to restore purchases when changing devices.
- 6. Service Changes, Maintenance, and Interruptions

- We may adjust or temporarily interrupt membership services due to system compatibility, feature upgrades, or maintenance needs.
- We are not responsible for service unavailability caused by operating system updates, device issues, or force majeure.
- 7. Refund Policy

- Refunds for membership purchases and renewals are handled by the App Store according to its policies; we cannot directly provide refunds.
- If you need a refund, please apply via official App Store channels and follow their procedures.
- 8. Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of membership services.
- Cleaning operations are irreversible; data loss caused by your accidental deletion or improper operation is borne by you.
- 9. Privacy Protection

CleanDiskGo follows a "Zero Data Collection" principle. Membership verification is completed via App Store in-app mechanisms; we cannot access your payment information or personal profile. All membership features run on the local device and do not transmit your data externally. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
- 10. Dispute Resolution

- The conclusion, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Disputes arising from this agreement should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, you may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where we are located.
- 11. Agreement Updates

- We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time; updates take effect immediately upon publication.
- As we do not collect contact information, we cannot actively notify you. Please check this page regularly.
